Landlord Information

Round Rock Housing Authority is always seeking to partner with local landlords to offer a wider selection of rental units to our program participants. Rents comparable to the market are offered to landlords and payments are made directly to landlords on behalf of tenants.

Leasing to the voucher program participants is not complicated. Landlords screen their own tenants and set security deposits. Once a landlord has an interested tenant, an inspection is scheduled, and rents are negotiated.
